Return Policy:
Any patio furniture parts can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of the order minus shipping. If it comes in any later than that, your credit card information is automatically deleted from the system and I cannot issue a refund. I DO NOT EXPECT RETURNS TO BE SENT TO ME VIA THE SAME CARRIER. Outdoor art can only be returned for defects or incorrect picture and you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return that item. Outdoor art must be repackaged in original packaging to be returned.

No tax is required on all other orders.
Most orders will be shipped USPS. Smaller orders will most likely ship USPS. Larger orders will ship freight. Freight rates will vary by quantity. We need 24-48 hours to process freight orders and get back with you on the freight costs.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Overnight shipping is NOT available on Outdoor Art and vinyl strapping. Please call for availablity before ordering anything overnight. If you do not call, we cannot promise your items overnight. Guarantee is then solely in the hands of the delivering agency as delivery of your items, once shipped is out of our hands. We reserve the right to choose an overnight carrier we believe to be best suited to get your order to you in the most timely manner. We understand shipping may not reflect the amount of the postage directly on your package as this is just the postage and not the gas, packaging suplies, labor, time and fuel used to process your order for an immediate delivery to the post office. ALL OVERNIGHT ORDERS MUST BE IN BEFORE 1:00 PM ET AS THESE ORDERS MUST BE PROCESSED AND TAKEN TO THE POST OFFICE BY 3:45 PM ET. OVERNIGHT SERVICES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY. ANY OVERNIGHT ORDER DURING THE WEEKEND (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY), WILL BE MAILED THE MONDAY FOLLOWING THAT WEEKEND. Overnight rates are as follows:
